Dr Loveland is a very sweet and easy going Dr. to talk too. She explained everything about replacing my old crown and removing a small cavity before it gets bigger. Everyone there was extremely nice including my hygienist. Recommend highly.

First visit with Loveland as a new patient was a success. The whole team was wonderful. From Ashton collecting my xrays, Isabel performing the cleaning, and Dr Nelson providing the assessment and evaluation. All my questions were welcomed and answered. The entire team was incredibly friendly and constantly checked in with me throughout the process. Will be a lifelong patient!

I’m leaving this detailed review so other patients can apply basic logic to what happened with Dr. Shelbi Nelson, DMD. This dentist failed on two major fronts: honest time estimates and a coherent referral process. First, the time commitment was completely misrepresented. Before the appointment, I was told my replacement cavity fillings and cleaning would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes total. Once I was in the chair, Dr. Nelson told me it would actually take 3 hours, double the time. That is not a small scheduling variance. It shows a complete lack of respect for my own schedule, work, and personal obligations. A responsible practice gives realistic estimates upfront, not bait-and-switch timing once you’re already committed. Second, and more illogically, the referral process made no sense. Dr. Nelson acknowledged that I have crowding in my lower teeth and said she would give me a referral to a specialist. I fully understand that it makes sense to wait until my cavity fillings are replaced before making that referral, that part is logical. However, after the appointment, she changed her position. She said she would not give the referral until the other side of my cleaning was do

I love Shelbi, her personality is so bubbly and she always makes me feel comfortable. Those ladies overall in that dental office are amazing and I am so glad I ended up choosing this place as my dentist. They got all of my fillings done and deep cleaning all in the same week to prepare me for my braces next week. They always make me feel so welcomed. My reccomended my mom to come here so she will be visiting them next.

I love ❤️ the Loveland Group. Everyone there from the time you come in and you’re greeted with love and a smile, to the hygienist who assists and the dentist who does the work; they all care about your time spent with them and your teeth. They’re also concerned about your total wellbeing. I can go on and on. They are the best! I had a marvelous experience and I’ve never cared about going to the dentist. I have had some very bad experiences before, but the Loveland Group are the best!!!❤️ Thank you for the great job on my crown and for a wonderful experience!
